VETisco Ltd – Imminent Changes to Service

All of VETisco sales and services will be delivered by the Vet Direct Team with effect from 1st April 2019. 

The acquisition of Vet Direct by CVS UK Ltd has presented VETisco with an exciting opportunity to expand, modernise and improve our business model.   To help us to achieve our goals we will be transferring the VETisco stock and services into the purpose built Vet Direct warehouse facility in Newcastle-upon-Tyne during the period 28th to 31st March 2019.

To help assure business continuity we are delighted to welcome Claire York, RVN as our new Veterinary Technical Sales Advisor. Claire has been working closely with the VETisco Team to develop her understanding of customer requirements and to build her knowledge of our product range and services.  Danii Poulter, Deputy Manager will also play a key role in our future operations.

How will this affect my orders?

Expanding the model will allow us to offer a wider band of delivery options and methods, but for the immediate transfer (during our stock move to Vet-Direct) there could be a disruption to service.

Our aim is for customers to experience minimal disruption in service as we deliver these changes during the period 28th to 31st March 2019. 

Where possible, urgent orders for next day delivery should be placed by 27th March 2019, with business as usual & levels of customer service(s) resuming as of 1st April 2019.  

We expect any delay during this stock move to be light and quickly resolved, but we appreciate your patience during this time. The future gains to our service and the offering we can give to our customers will be greatly improved and expanded upon through this expansion. Watch this space for more new news & updates!
