Returns & Refunds

VETisco operates a “No quibble” returns policy so we ask you to help us process your return accurately and quickly by reviewing the section below

Conditions for returns

We will accept back into stock the majority of our product range as long as the items are received in a re-saleable condition. 

For sale or return items we only accept unwanted products for credit and that are in a re-saleable condition.

We understand it can be hard to accurately predict the instruments and implants needed so we recommend that you order more items/options to cover all possible events and then return what you don’t use.

To minimise errors we ask that customers check all quotes carefully prior to confirming the order. 

All goods should be checked on receipt and any discrepancies or errors reported, in writing, within 1 day to CVSEnquiries@vet-direct.com

Returns must be made to the address below within 10 working days of you receiving the order.

From the date at witch a tracked return is received at our office you should allow 10 working days for us to process UK returns and 20 days to process international returns.

 

The customer must pay for the cost of returning items unless otherwise agreed, in writing, by VETisco prior to despatch.

We do not routinely accept returns on special or bespoke orders and for some capex items a restocking fee may apply.

Packing returns

Items for return [including loan kits] must be packed safely and securely in accordance with the regulations.  VETisco reserve the right to charge the full fee for any goods lost or damaged in transit due to faulty packing.

VETisco cannot be held responsible for returned items being lost in transit so, to ensure we receive your returns and can process them accordingly, we strongly recommend that you use a tracked and signed for service, for all returns.

Refunds / Trade Credits

We only offer refunds on damaged items or items subject to a previously agreed SOR deal

Other returns will receive a trade credit that can be used on future purchases.

Once we receive returns we will process them according to their status and refund, credit or replace the item as necessary. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days for UK returns and 20 days for international returns. It may take up to 5 extra working days for refunds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

We use 3rd party services such as Google Analytics to measure the performance of our website. This helps us tailor the site content to our visitors needs.
